1. Service Use

• You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt to disrupt our systems, or engage in fraudulent activities.
• Services are provided “as is” and may be updated, suspended, or discontinued without prior notice.

2. Payments and Refunds

• All payments for services are final and non-refundable once successfully processed.
• Refunds are only processed in cases of failed transactions not fulfilled by RLTech Mobile VTU.
• Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of the transaction and are subject to verification.
• RLTech Mobile VTU is not responsible for errors caused by incorrect details provided by the customer (e.g., wrong phone number or account ID).

3. Account Responsibility

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login details.
• You are responsible for all activities carried out through your account.
• We are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access due to compromised credentials.
• You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

4. Service Availability

• We strive to ensure our platform is available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
• Downtime may occur due to maintenance, upgrades, or third-party service disruptions.
• RLTech Mobile VTU (under RLTech ICT & Global Resources) shall not be held liable for delays or failures caused by network issues, power outages, or external factors beyond our control.

5. Limitation of Liability

• Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific transaction in question.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.
• Use of our platform is at your own risk.

6. Intellectual Property

• All content, logos, and trademarks on this platform are the property of RLTech Mobile VTU and its parent company, RLTech ICT & Global Resources.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from the platform without prior written permission.

7. Modifications

RLTech Mobile VTU (operated by RLTech ICT & Global Resources) reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page, and continued use of the platform indicates your acceptance of the changes.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
